The airfield is maintained by the local flight school. Everything is excellent. The restaurant was permantently closed at my last visit. It is just hard to get around if you don't have a bicycle in your airplane.
Near the airfield. the nearby lakes are great for outdoors. the city of Kyritz itself has a beautiful old town.
How to get around. Taxi only. About 5 km into town.
