Durch Zufall bin ich heute für ein paar Platzrunden gelandet: super netter Türmer, schöne Lage im Grünen (der Wald im Westen und Norden macht die Platzrunde allerdings etwas thermisch), faire Preise.

Fliegen ohne Betriebsleiter in seiner besten Form, von Landung bis tanken alles über AeroPS organisiert, tolles Restaurant am Platz, Infrastruktur sehr gepflegt, App2Drive ist verfügbar - AIP und Beschränkungen auf der 05 beachten!

Magical Grass field, easy approach. No tower. Just drop the landing fee in the jar. Bicycles available for rent.

Runway is concrete, and ok. Taxiways rough. Only 4 km to Riga downtown. 25 euro landing fee for Echo class, for a day of landings. Everything under Riga control zone, so stay under 1000 ft…

Excellent Airport, IFR, unfortunately the Restaurant has closed

Phenomenal airport, excellent long runway. We paid around 7 Euros for landing fees. Airport infrastructure like food is limited to the times when Ryanair flights operate.

The most busy airfield around Hamburg. Grass runway but in excellent condition. Typically very friendly tower. Restaurant Bato's open year round.

Excellent airfield for private aviation. Carefully check the updated AIP with new approach and radio procedures from early 2026 which currently is not yet reflected in the current charts
